Through this process, clients become empowered and culturally grounded Onen’tó:kon graduates who inspire, contribute to, and strengthen healthy families and communities for a better future.
Onen’tó:kon Healing Lodge (OHL) is located in the Mohawk community of Kanehsatake, near Oka and Montreal, overlooking the Lake of Two Mountains. “Onen’tó:kon,” meaning “Under the Pines,” reflects its connection to the land. The Lodge opened in March 1987 in response to a recognized need for addiction services within the community.
