Our Mission and Vision

Our mission is to guide and support each client in their successful and sustained journey towards culturally rooted, holistically healthy and capable life practices. Culturally rooted, empowered and holistically healthy Onen’tó:kon graduates who inspire, contribute to, and support strong healthy families and communities for a better future.

Our History

Onen’tó:kon Healing Lodge (OHL) is located in the Mohawk community of Kanehsatake. Onen’tó:kon meaning “Under the Pines” and is situated near Oka and Montreal, overlooking the Lake of Two Mountains. The Lodge opened in March of 1987 after the people recognized the need to provide addiction services for the communities.
